Dünya Çok Boyutlu Performans Değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Ülkelerin ekonomik gelişmişlik düzeylerinde ve sürdürülebilir kalkınmalarında nasıl bir etki oluşturacağı ortaya konulmak amacıyla çok boyutlu performans değerlendirilmesi yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada sürdürülebilir kalkınma alt boyutlarından ekonomi, yönteişim ve finans göstergeleri kullanılmıştır. Bu amaç kapsamında ele alınan kriterlerin tam olduğu 165 ülke ve 2008-2020 dönemi analize dâhil edilmiştir. Çalışmada LOPCOW, ENTROPİ, CRITIC, MEREC ve CRADIS yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. LOPCOW, ENTROPİ, CRITIC ve MEREC yöntemleri ile ele alınan kriterlerin önem düzeyleri belirlenirken, CRADIS yöntemi ile ele alınan 165 ülkenin sürdürülebilir kalkınma performansları ölçülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonucuna göre en iyi sürdürülebilir kalkınma performansı gösteren 5 ülke sırasıyla ABD, İsviçre, Almanya, Lüksemburg ve İngiltere olurken, en düşük performansı gösteren ülke Kongo Demokratik Cumhuriyeti olmuştur. Kongo Demokratik Cumhuriyeti’ni takip eden ülkeler ise sırasıyla Libya, Angola, Belarus ve Cezayir olmuştur.
